Hi all,
I have been lurking around the forum for about a week or so and thought I would join since there seems to be such a large PBC following on here. I recently purchased a PBC about a month ago and have cooked a boston butt, brisket flat, and this past weekend did a whole chicken (attached picture). Thanks!

Thanks for all the warm welcomes! I used a rub called Simon & Garfunkelhttp://amazingribs.com/recipes/rubs_pastes_marinades_and_brines/simon_and_garfunkel_rub.html (http://amazingribs.com/recipes/rubs_pastes_marinades_and_brines/simon_and_garfunkel_rub.html)that I found on amazingribs.com (that website is literally AMAZING!)
I read over Bigg's whole "GOT MY TOY" thread and decided to try it his way and it worked out great. It ended up cooking at 380 for about an hour and 10 mins until it hit 162. The skin was great, very crispy. And the meat itself was awesome. So juicy. That was the first whole chicken I have ever cooked and the PBC made it so easy! I will never cook chicken in/on anything but the PBC.
