Title: Chinese Beef Broccoli with Oyster Sauce

Got the wok out last night as we had some left-over sous vide beef sirloin tip roast. We really love Oriental cuisine, need to use the wok more often. It was extremely good!

Very nice looking meal! We love oriental as well. A great way to use retained portions....  ;) ;D

Looks real tasty Gene! Do you have a recipe? or is just add the beef and broccoli to oyster sauce?

Pretty much. I found some great YouTube videos that helped me learn. I very much like the ones done by Happy Wok. Here is a link to one.  Careful they are addicting to watch, at least for me.
