Bill-

Want to extend our thanks/gratitude and WELCOME! to you. And - I hope you will feel completely comforted by one fact: We all started into this most enjoyable craft of feeding ourselves fine quality food - as beginners.! :D :D :D

But the truly great news is that this site has the best, most friendly, experienced cooks you could hope to find in one place - and no one here will ever make you feel in-experienced. In fact, we will encourage you in all your gastronomic exploits :D.

Again - thaks for joining us - and WELCOME ( from a native Texan....and Aggie ;) )

Bill, welcome from down the road in Houston and thank you for your service to this country.

t2, we're still not holding that Aggie thing against you. I've got three weeks to get a new T-sip t-shirt.

Smoochy, glad to see you. It's been a while. Tell smoke hi for me.
