Hi all.....Im from Edmond, OK.....I'm a fairly new owner of a PBC (which I love by the way).  Been smoking/slow cooking for just over a year now.  I found this site while searching for information about the PBC.  I'll probably be found most of the time over on the Pit Barrel portion of the forum but I'm sure I'll venture out from there.   :)
