I recently upgraded my smoking game to a pellet smoker and have been having a blast learning a whole new way of grilling and smoking.

I have a Memphis Pellet Grill and the Uuni 2 Pellet Fired Pizza Oven.

Yes lots of pellet grill owners around here ;D

Been using a Brinkman electric smoker and gasser for several years and the big gasser bit the dust. So my wife bought me a PelletPro 627 with the Big Kahuna cold smoker from Smoke Daddy for Father's day.
