Title: Why North Carolina’s barbecue scene is still smoldering

This article was from the Washington Post back in September.  My BIL brought it down to me to get my take on the article.  I finally got around to reading it.  Interesting to say the least.  I'll be curious to see some comments.

That was a good read, Art.  Especially when you find out what kinds of sauces they use, at say, The Skylight!
