Got the official invite from Mikey and I sure see a lot of familiar names here. ;D
For those that don't know me, I have sausage OCD. It's what I like doing the most.
BBQ is something I'm working on and getting better at. I have a Bradley OBS, 22.5 WSM and a Charbroil BEESR. So far... ::)
Looking forward to reading, learning sand sharing with you all.

Sam..welcome from NW Ohio..I am starting to make sausage..so interested in seeing what ya got. I know for afact that RickB makes fabulous sausage ..I have watched him do it recently and tasted..aboslutely wonderful. I wanna pick his brain. He forgot more than I will ever know. I am making Dutch loaf this morning..not sausage but very good. Pam .☆´¯`•.¸¸. ི♥ྀ.

Hi Pam, thanks. I have family Northeast Ohio. Lagrange and Wellington. Used to do a lot of hunting in southern Ohio near St. Clairsville.
Yes, Nepas as helped me greatly as well as some others on a few other forums. Good stuff.

Ahhhh..St. Clairsville..home of the Jamboree in the Hills..Greatest concerts I was ever at..me and 75,000 other peoples..haven't been for a long time, but I saw almost everyone there. .☆´¯`•.¸¸. ི♥ྀ.

Thanks Cliff, yea it started with some venison meat out of a Cabelas jerky shooter. Now it took on a life of it's own.
Got some family in Youngstown too.
