As my family wakes up on this Veteran's Day morning, we have each other, we have safeness, and we have freedom!
All this is enabled by the veterans past and present who served their country, and their families who supported them during their selfless act of service. I sit here now with my morning coffee and I salute you all!

Amen - adding a Huge thank you from our family to all of the Veterans and their families for the sacrifices they have made so we can enjoy freedom. Cheers to you all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And for folks that are un-comfortable at appearing "patriotic"......Think of it as gratitude. Think of it as appreciation.
Think of it as your ability, not "right"...but privilege of having differing opinions, beliefs, and lifestyle choices which have been bought - and continually paid for by the sacrifice of others. Even their lives.
Now - if you are still confused - I recommend that you take a flag, and drive to the nearest military installation...and attempt to burn, or stomp on it. The attendant personnel at said installation will assuredly teach you the lesson you were not clear about.
