Hey there all I am new to the forum and figured I would introduce myself I have been BBQing for a few years new having started with a chargriller and now using a pit barrel cooker and really love it and I am thinking about getting a second one

Welcome from middle Georgia, where our temps are dropping into the 20's now, making hard to generate some excitement about cooking out there.

I can't imagine what it must be like in Canada.  Maybe it's a "dry cold".
