Just wanted to say Hi, and Happy New Year to all of you.
I stumbled across this site while preparing for a Christmas cook and was impressed with the detail that I found in the posts (specifically how to cook turkey in the SRG. Thanks TMB). I was looking for some technique ideas and times, and I found everything I needed in one thread.
I have has my WSM for a bit over 10 years, and we love it. We primarily use it for Pulled Pork and Brisket. My kids love the Pastrami I make, and are always waiting for that to finish.
I am looking forward to what I will find on this forum...
