Hello All,
Just wanted to give a brief introduction.
I have been smoking meat since 1999 (WSM). Sold it when I moved a few years ago. I am now using an import stainless electric and a Weber kettle with a Smokenator, and just ordered a Karubecue, which seems like it will be the ultimate for me.
