Title: Hello All from Alberta!
Post by: Kegger on April 24, 2016, 12:36:22 AM
Hello everyone! I started my BBQ voyage in earnest in about 2002 with my first taste of southern US style BBQ and I was hooked! I had to learn how to cook it because it wasn't readily available here.

I started with a WSM 18.5 which I still have, cautiously added a cheapo Weber Kettle clone before ditching my gasser .. then added a Performer, then a Big Steel Keg. I added a Napoleon M605RBCSS to the arsenal and a nice Weber platinum gasser I got for nothing from a junk pile (and felt like I won $500 on a lottery scratch and win  8)).

I really enjoy all things grilled, smoked, cured over wood, learning new techniques and discussing all of the above with friendly folk.

Welcome Kegger! Glad you joined the group here!!

Folks, I can vouch for this guy, he can cook as good as anyone I've seen. He has a ton of knowledge about grills. I don't want to embarrass him too badly so I'll just quit here, lol.
