Hey Chris,

It's about time you made it here.  This is a fun & informative forum, glad to have you aboard!

LTBBQ members, please welcome one of the most knowledgeable, honorable, & passionate premium pellet maker!  Chris is Mr. CookinPellet himself, highest quality all debarked heartwood/hardwood pellets.  Hopefully, he will consider to be another great sponsor to this forum to share his pellet making expertise & product, currently Perfect Mix.  An exceptionally perfect balanced blend of Apple, Cherry, Hickory, and Maple.  If you have a pellet grill, these premium pellets are a must to try!  Pellet smoking will never be the same   ;)

Enough said, Chris please enjoy all the BBQn talks without being talked down to, oppressed, pressured, or harassed  :)

Hey Chris,

Glad you made on over here.  Like Ray said everyone, Chris is the owner and Manufacturer of The highly regarded Cookinpellets...  I invited him to come on over and join us here , and am sure he will be a great asset to us all.  I have become a sponsor of this site with my  Central California Pellet Outlet business, which is the west Coast distributor for his Pellets.

Well Ray (Smokenovice) and Larry(Sloman), I am a bit red in the face but, Glad to be so well regarded. I will do my best to help answer any questions I can.
I didn't want to share and make it seem like I was just pushing product. In short, we have been in the biz since 2006. We started off doing a true 100% Pellet, not a bag of 20%1 type then filled with oak or alder. Then we saw that we really didn't want to fight with everyone else who might have have been doing that so we started making what I call a daily driver, our Perfect Mix.
It is Hickory based with Cherry, Hard Maple and Apple. Never any oak or alder. Those aren't bad woods... I just choose to make a a pellet with more flavor output. It is great on short cooks and awesome on long smokes!
I would love to talk to the admin about sponsoring.... please send me a PM.
squirtthecat good to see ya here.
sparky1, I cook on an old treager. and a new one plus a woodmaster... and my ol ducane gasser just for kicks!
