My name is Dick, and I like BBQ.
I'm up in Albany, NY. I have a Weber Performer (with a Slow-n-Sear) and a Pit Barrel Cooker. I used to have Char-Griller with a side fire box.
I look forward to learning and sharing tips, tricks, and recipes.

But they're not doing so well now, are they.
Thanks for the welcome, all. With winter coming, grilling will slow down some. But I never stop cooking outdoors.
I'll be doing the turkey in the PBC at my sister's in Vermont next week. I did a test run on Friday. Took a bit longer than anticipated, which I am chalking up to the colder temps and the wind we had that day.
