Hey all, a newbie to the site, been here many times to read but never joined until now. I Have a Pit Barrel now for about a month and just love the thing. In a months time I have done 6 slabs of pork ribs, 3 flat Steaks, 2 Tri Tip Steaks, 2 chickens, 1 turkey and as we speak a 14 # packer brisket. Everything came out amazing. I'll keep you posted on the brisket. Got to go wrap the brisket now, later!
