Title: Art's Version of Jaeger Schnitzel
Post by: ACW3 on December 04, 2016, 07:34:13 PM
Gene, you had my mouth watering after seeing your post the other day.  Dinner tonight was my version of Jaeger Schnitzel.  I used a, new to me, seasoning from the meat processor that cut and wrapped our elk meat from our hunt.  It is called Garlic Butter.  Very powerful seasoning.  I should have used less.  Would probably be great for garlic bread.

Here is dinner plated for two.  Noodles with four small thinly pounded pieces of pork.  I hope I put enough GRAVY on everything to get Hub’s approval.

I did not use an egg wash, I simply dusted the pork with some Wonda Flour.  I added a dollop of sour cream to the store bought mushroom gravy.  The meal did not take long to make.  It was really delicious, if I say so myself!  I will be making this one again.

When I have more time, that is my preferred method.
