Title: AKA firefly in Cincinnati
Post by: firezilla on November 24, 2012, 07:26:06 AM: Hello, I was asked to check out the action here and so here I am. Glad to find you all. I have been out of town for the holiday and took a look at my son-in-law's grill and had some very nice things from it. However, I was glad to get home and back to my InfraRed which gives me very consistent results and no burned spots.

I also concentrate on low calorie, high taste meals which has really helped me keep off that 30 lbs I lost 1.5 years ago. ;D And the added bonus of really loving my food thanks to the grill. I use rubs much more than sauces and grill a lot of fruits and vegetables which have become family favorites.

I have a little two burner CharBroil Infra Red and just love it.

I used to think that a grill was just an appliance to make meat candy. Well, you can do that but you can also make things which are better than meat candy (imagine that!). So, as I find things out through experimenting, I will tell you about them and read your advice and stories with great enthusiasm, too! Great to be here in an adventuresome creative group.
