Title: Christmas dinner
Post by: Ron D on December 19, 2011, 07:57:56 PM
Talked to our son today (my step son) and we are gonna do a little different dinner for Christmas. Tired of the Hams and Roasts. So if it was your choice what would you like to have, and do not say all of the above.... ;D

Tri-Tip Santa Maria style

Boston Butt Pulled Pork

Baby Back Ribs

Smoked yardbird

The winner gets cooked on Christmas day.

I'd have to vote for tri-tips, as they are a rarity around here...

Well the Grand Daughter got wind of this and just called Grandpa and I quote "Grandpa, I do not care what you cook, but I want Pulled Pork BBQ" So I just went to Sams and picked up 2 Butts and if you got a Sams near you head on over....Boston Butts are on sale at $1.78 a pound here.
