Hi y'all! I'm pretty new to smoking, but have been grilling on my Weber kettle for a good bit. Recently picked up a pit barrel cooker and trying my hand at smoking and longer cooks. Has been great so far.
My most recent cooks: smoked chicken and pork shoulder.
Chicken was about 2.5 hrs, shoulder around 6. Delicious.
