Title: Rotisserie ?

          My wife bought me a rotisserie for my Weber gas grill and I have a couple questions.

    1. I don't have infrared or a over the top sear thing. Ya know like on the grill top. Is that an issue ?

    2. If answered yes to first question, can one of these infrared searers be added ?

I had one years ago on my Weber gas grill and it did not have an Infared additional burner on it and it worked just fine. Can you add one? Dont think there is a kit for it, not sure it would be worth the trouble. Why don't you try it just the way it is and see if it work if need more heat after you try it then you can explore the possibilities.  :)

I am with Tom....we have had rotisseries long before we have had infra-red burners. It should work just fine on a standard gas burner Weber.
