Hello all. My name is junior, i am with a company called cookinpellets.com .  www.cookinpellets.com . I am the new regional sales manger. Im here to learn and listnen, i have been smoking for 7 years and still have alot to learn. So im glad to be part of this site. Welcome, Jr!  You joined what seems to be a great company, and a company that produces top notch pellets.  I have been cooking with Cookin' Pellets for quite some time now and absolutely love them.  Not only are the pellets top notch, but so is the customer service.  Last year I had what appeared to be a bag of compromised pellets... pellets that had been affected by excessive moisture.  I called Cookin' Pellets with no other intention than to ask how a person can tell when pellets have been compromised.  An explanation was given, and an immediate offer was made to replace my compromised bag with not one, but two bags.  SWEET!  A week later the shipment arrived, and I found that instead of two replacement bags, I was given FOUR!  Needless to say, I am a customer for life :)

I am a CookinPellets customer for life.  I live close enough to Racine, WI that I can drive up there and purchase directly from them.  Great product and great company.

I've only used CookinPellets Perfect Mix on my Blaz'n Gridiron since I bought it, but I'd love to see more vendors in the greater Houston, TX area ... especially if they'd carry some Apple Mash or Cherry.
