Title: New in Arizona

Hi, my name is Jane and I'm a new member here. I joined because I purchased a Char-Broil The Big Easy and I'm looking for info, tips etc.  I do have a specific question about that, but I'm guessing it's probably best to start a thread specifically in that section, so that's what I'll do. I look forward to learning more about this new machine and what I can do with it. :-)

I got my start with the BigEZ about 10 years ago (hard for me to believe) when they were new to the market.
