Hi everyone,
 Novice bbq’er here. Trying to become a better weekend warrior cook. Hoping to expand my knowledge. Been cooking on a pellet smoker for almost 2 years. Enjoy reading and learning. Love cooking for my family and friends.

Thanks for the warm welcome! I have a rec tec 680, and a camp chef flat top grill. Between the pellet cooker and my meat thermometer my cooking has been pretty decent. I do look forward to reading and learning.

I've been cooking for a while outdoors and have recently started using a pelletizer - a Green Mountain Daniel Boone.
