Hey everyone, Caleb from Oregon here. I love outdoor cooking, mostly over an open fire, but I’ve also had some pellet smoked food and thought I’d died and was reaping my eternal reward. I work for MAK Grills, which is as good as it sounds. If you have any great beer/meat pairings, please let me know—I’m on a quest for the mythic BBQ Holy Grail. Prost!
