Title: Burgers
Post by: Bill2112 on October 17, 2020, 06:08:47 PM
I know, I know,  hamburgers but I've heard so many of you smoking them so I thought I would try, well worth the time, so juicy smokey and cooked to perfection, no burnt outside with a raw center, this is the only way I'll ever cook them!

Never say "Never." Only a guess on my part but I'd bet that some of our griddle experts will be along to offer you some viable options.

Jus' sayin'...

That looks good. Can you give any details of how you did it? Temp, time and such.

Those look fantastic!!! I haven't smoked a burger in a while. They wet the paper and won't stay lit. Lol...... JK! I need to do some soon.
Honestly since I started doing smash burger on the Blackstone they come out so good I can't tell you the last time I grilled a burger.

salt, pepper, garlic and worcestershire sauce.
Smoke at 225° for 1.5 hours or until internal temp is 130° sear approximately 2 minutes a side and enjoy. This will give you a medium doneness.

I smoke them for about an hour on 225 then get my SRG searing HOT and sear them to get a nice crust stared

Love them, need to do more for lunch
