Hi all, just jumping in to what looks to be a great forum. Love cooking with pellets on my MAK and love burning charcoal on my Hasty Bake. Looking to learn from some great cooks and enjoy this great hobby even more!

Hi and welcome to the forum. I don't own a MAK (although I'd love one) But I do have a home built pellet grill which I'm just now getting to use.

its about time carterQ. everyone. carter is a old pellet guy. he has one of the 1st maks build. he is also a really great cook. carter, i myself am glad your here. this is a great forum and everyone is pretty good cooks. what i like the most here is that it doesn't matter what you cook on. one more time, "it doesn't matter what you cook on". thats the best part. there are so many ppl what cook on all kinds of cookers and smokers here. love the old charcoal guys. their funny. oh wait, i'm one of them too. 8)

Welcome Carter Q from another MAK owner; but, welcome as a BBQr too - be it charcoal on your Hasty Bake or anything else like my Hibachi I just found in my garage. It still works................lol.
