Hello, I'm Cliff from N.E. Ohio. and I'm very glad to have been asked to join by Art (ACW3) from good ol' NC.

Like many of you I have a passion for BBQ, smoking meats, sausages & cheese. It's great to see another family friendly BBQ forum & good to see a few familiar names as well!

So how are you and the MRS. enjoying Savannah? I thought of you guys this past weekend when we made a trip to Ohio Amish Country.

We liking it. Hard to get used to not having my neighbor around  :'(

What did you find good in Amish country?

I guessed, and I was right!  Looking forward to the cheese.  BTW, Cliff, I bought a large piece of gorgonzola yesterday and tried it tonight with some triscuits.  Good stuff.  Next step, try smoking a piece of it and then try it again, now that I have a reference point.
