Hi all,

My name is Rip and I love outdoor cooking!  TentHunter invited me to this forum (thanks Tent!), I'm still getting acclimated and am looking forward to participating.

Welcome Rip, glad you made it here.   Now pictures and a good story are a must when showing your cooks so get busy and lets see what you can do.

Rip is a fabulous cook, so have lots of paper towels handy to wipe up all the drool from looking at his pics! ;)

Welcome from Central Alabama.... got down to 30 degrees last night and I am about to freeze, my dauther said it was -9 in Minneapolis at 9:30 this morning. I bet DrHolly is freezing.
