My wife & her friend volunteered me to cook a BBQ dinner for 8 for a local charity ???

Way to go, LA! I've been doing this for our church rund-raiser silent auction for several years and it creates one of the best win-win situations ever. I donate the food and a little time and the winning bidder gets a far better BBQ meal than they'll ever get in a restaurant. Then all the money goes to a good cause :D
