I continue to amaze myself with a lack of intrepid behavior... :)

Seems I just now thought...."You know...I really ought to introduce myself too ::) ;D...

I am Tim Tucker, and I love to eat good food- so I love to cook - especially outdoors. Growing up as a kid in Texas, we had a BBQ tradition, and learning to cook was expected thus I have had a life long enjoyment of all things BBQ, as well as other kinds of foods that can be cooked in - or outdoors.

Really looking forward to helping this site grow in any way I can. LTBBQ is here purely for the love of cooking, on any device you can use to cook on and no bias favoring any brand or another.

Well - look around the site and you will see a lot of good food that folks here have cooked, along with some fantastic recipes and tips. Glad to have you Chuck.

tim, folled your advice , i joined this site after we talked........ordered the Lang.........and send me a container of the BBQ spice. i'll try it  soon.

I have to give you a shout out for your bacon rub.  That bacon I ate at you place a while back was really great!  Everyone should try it.  (You better start making more, soon).
