Post by: grossie on November 17, 2013, 02:19:21 PM: Big winds and thunderstorms coming soon. Going to try and get some baby backs, a tri-tip, and a huge garlic & butter chicken breasts done before they get here.

The ribs are on now.

Munching on some smoked jalapeno cheese and crackers while waiting. First time I saw the cheese at the butcher shop. I'll be back for more of that. Mmm.

Post by: grossie on November 17, 2013, 06:58:15 PM: Didn't get a photo of the ribs, but they needed to cook a bit longer. The tri-tip and chicken were quite tasty.

The tri-tip did not appear to be done from the outside on the PBC, but the temp was fine. I threw it on the Quantum grill to darken it a bit.

I've got three FoodSaver bags to get me through the week now.
