Found this at Costco yesterday. Had never seen it before. Just a natural cut ham with the bone removed. Looks like a small brisket. Thought I would give it a try.
Anybody try one before?

Looks Yummmmmy Pappy! Are you going to just slice it up and serve or heat it to 140ยบ first? Noticed it was fully cooked and ready to eat.
-
Just heat that sucker up and we will wait for the money shot 8) 8)

Interesting, will have to check to see if my Costco stocks it. Thanks for posting :)
-
That looks good. Can't wait to see what you come up with.
-
Looks good but I would suspicious of any ham that doesn't have bones ;D
-
That looks like it maybe really good Pappy! I will have to check at our Costco and see
if they are here. I would more than likely double smoke it and slowly bring it up to
140 internal on my pellet grill.

alright, you busted out the ham not make us some ham sandwiches plz. ;)
-
Thanks again for the heads up! Sent the wife to Costco and asked her to pick one up. Will be curious to see the "seams" after it is carved on Christmas Day ;)

Making mine today as a test. Just in the oven. Not "feeling" like fighting the weather today ???

I picked one up at the Sugarland Costco today. The sample was very good, smoke all the way through and very moist. Looks to be a winner. Probably go back in a couple of days and get another one for the freezer

Ok, I really like this product. Great smoke flavor. Crazy moist! So tender.

Made modified hassleback potatoes from a recipe/technique at www.seriouseats.com
These are really decadent. And no I am not looking forward to cleaning the dish.

Looks really good Pappy, love the Costco products. Thanks for posting.

Looks delish and nice job on the diamond marks

I've seen boneless hams, but usually they're chopped & formed, and they never look as good as that. I'd love to see one of those being deboned to learn the technique!
