I've been reading some of the posts and can tell this site is for anyone who wants to learn and share our wonderful addiction. Although not new to grilling/smoking, there is much to learn from folks such as yourselves. Thanks in advance for your support. Good luck and good smoking to all.

So-Cal Smoker was my old handle on the Big Drum Smoker forum.

Brought back some good memories. Some of the gang from that forum hangs around here :)

I know, you other guys are in colder weather but for us old hippie surfers 25° is cold.
