Title: BACK AT IT CHICKEN DINNER

Haven't been on for a long while. After finishing school for my new job, I've been doing lots of OJT at work and lots of studying for my Training review board over the plant process so I can be cut loose.
Did a simple PBC yard bird with some red beans and rice. Came out great.
Two birds halved and hung seasoned with

you haven't lost your touch.  lol......  chicken and everything else looks great.  study hard and no partying on the weekend.  wait for spring break.   8)  glad your back my friend.  missed ya.   :D
