Hello fellow bbq people.  I am fairly new to the smoker bbq scene.  I recieved a RECTEC grill for a birthday/christmas gift from my wife in November and have been loving it.  Before this i owned a masterbuilt electric smoker and have hardly uncovered it since i got the rectec.  I look forward to learning new things and making new friends on this forumn.

The reason my wife got me a grill is she just wants me to do more of the cooking!  :D
