I started on the old forum back in 2008 after I purchased my CB SRG, best all around grill I have ever used.
I started with a CB BE about 2005, just to fry turkeys then found I could use it for much more from the forum.
Now I have the BE, SRG and BE-wired to do all my roasting, grilling and smoking.
I owe all my GREAT cooks to you forum members guiding me along.
The old forum was great at one time, but this one looks to be GREATER.
THANK YOU
GG-STL
PS I will keep on learning and someday may start posting
Hope the picture posts

welcome - that's a strange looking lid you got on the BE

Welcome from Southern California

The lid is from a small CB charcoal grill I found on sale for $18.00 at Menard's it is a little small but works great and has a vent.
I just did a few searches and can not find the grill anywhere.
I also purchased an extra SRG grill grate that I use with the BE, a little large but it works for extra grill space and seems to cook a little hotter than the SRG.
Need to do an temp check between the two.
