I'm Dedrick. I've been grilling and smoking for about 20 years with my trusty barrel grill. Looking to learn about new equipment and techniques. There appears to be a wealth of knowledge on this forum. I hope I can contribute as well as learn.

I am happy you joined us Dedrick! We have a lot of folks here that use barrel cookers of one kind or another - and turn out some great food. Look around pall of the set ions and ask any questions you like. We are here to trade ideas and have some fun.

Horizontal. Cast iron. Not fancy, but solid and dependable. I've got to expand my horizons, though.
