Im a sucker for ABTs and fatties. I also make lots of chicken, pork butt, snack sticks among other things. I just recently made some grilled blue crab. I will get my iphone ready and upload some picks in a while. I take my pics from my phone just because its a lot easier to just shoot and upload without having to to sit and upload to photbucket then go from there.

I have traveled a bit, know the flag- and love all kinds of foods Mike - and I am hopeful that you will share some of you family's "heritage" dishes and recipes.
The ONE commonality among ALL people everywhere - is they have some form of BBQ/outdoor cooking. Everywhere int he world - this is true.
And cultures such as all the Caribbean-Latino are incredibly diverse in color, texture and taste!
So - no pressure ;D ;D ;D ;D...but I am sure that all here are anxious for you to lay some P.R. cookin' on us!
