Title: Pork Chop Help

I remember someone recently talking about doing a quick brine/cure on pork chops with MTQ but I can't find what topic it was in. If anyone remembers it or has done it I need to know if it was a wet or dry cure and how long before rinsing and grilling?

Saber, I tried to send you a message regarding this but I think it was not successful.  This post by Smokin Don is what I think you are looking for.    Pork Chops, Hash Browns & Applesauce .  The post was on 3/17/14.
