Hi from Long Beach, i have been smoking for a couple of years on my Digi Bradley smoker. I just placed an order for a Smokin-it #3 smoker, so i can try some new things.

Actually, I have the Model #3.   Best bang for the buck when you are in the market for a "Cookshack" style stainless steel smoker!!
I got a good source for the mini-chunks for your model..just let me know if you are interested...........

Had a bud tell me about this outfit. They offer free UPS ground shipping on all orders.
If you have a Cookshack or any type of that size smoker and you need the mini-chunks all ya gotta do is tell em and they will provide them at no extra charge.

From dust to planks they gotcha covered and they are real nice over there to boot!!

Thanks,I placed an order for some apple and mesquite mini chunks.I also ordered some hickory and cherry Double Filet wood chunks, that are 2"x2"x3" from Smokinlicious.com

Another good place!!  I think the charcoalbbqstore sells Cookshack sized chunks as well. The wood from Maine grilling woods is really good. Also try fruitawood.com they sell to a bunch of competition teams.
