I want one.
Anyone have a choice or used one.
Thanks

I tested the same CB device that Capt Jack is talking about. I did pick up a Discada - love it. Kind of a cross between a grill top and a wok. Have made many fajitas, tacos, philly cheese steaks, etc. Just recently got a Mojo - similar but flat. Just starting to play with it. Will post some pics soon.

Like Capt I have a Paella pan that fits the SRG. Reall looking forward to using it this summer (If I can get free long enough)

That will work, all I use is this one on a turkey cooker burner.

Here's a neat rig I saw at a horse campsite years ago, I've always wanted to make one but haven't taken the time to do it yet. the top disk is welded to an all thread rod so it can be adjusted up and down to regulate the heat. I had fajitas and hamburgers cooked on it as well as breakfast where they cooked the bacon up on the sides and then fried the eggs in the grease at the bottom, they also did some killer scrambled eggs with chorizo for taco's.
