Just 2 things you NEED....

1. Grill Grates - yes, they really *DO* make ANY grill better - no kidding. Evens out temps across the grill and truly magnifies the heat AT the grill surface - not up where your temp. gage in the grill hood is ;). AND....you can flip 'em over and use 'em almost like a griddle. ( Of course GrillGrate also makes a grill too ;D

2. Amazen smoker tube - it will give you the ability o "cold smoke"....Lots you can do - smoke cheese, fish, nuts, Chex Mix, - in your existing equipment. Cheap, and extremely versatile. Made of stainless steel - and lasts forever!

So true,amazen was my first accessory for cooking and gets used a lot.Makes a newbie a smokin monster!
