Greetings from Maine
« Reply #-1 on: July 09, 2014, 12:39:44 PM »
I'm a total novice when it comes to BBQ - hotdogs and hamburgs on a gas grill is about as serious as it gets around here. I can't find decent brisket or ribs so I'm going to try my hand at making some myself. I ordered a Pit Barrel Cooker yesterday after reading all the raves - I can't wait. Hoping to get some tips and advice as I get started.

Same here.

Make first PBC cook a chicken,it'll blow you away, then get into the learning curve for ribs IMO.
