Greetings from Michigan
« Reply #-1 on: July 10, 2014, 02:00:05 PM »
I recently purchased a Camp Chef deluxe a few months ago after doing the charcoal barrel smokers for the last couple of years. I am new to pellets smokers but have been doing trials on my unit with some very promising results. Ribs, jerky, pulled pork, pork loin, and salmon without to many complaints. Got brave/over confident and tried to do a brisket, that did not turn out so well. I am looking forward to reading and learning from my fellow BBQ fans.

Another welcome from Minnesota. Funny, I was looking at that grill this morning - trying to decide between the CC and the Rec Tec. How do you like it? Look forward to hearing about your cooks and seeing some pictures.
