I started serious smoking with Salmon, Steel-head and Sturgeon on mostly cedar and alder planks in the N.W. about 15 years ago.  I moved onto the Bradley smoker about 10 years ago when I moved to Alabama and am still trying to figure it all out.  I can claim that I have NO EXPERTISE in anything …… but I can also say that I have always had people say that “this is the best XXX that I have ever had” on just about every occasion.  I can’t give expert advice on what to do BUT I have pulled more that my fair share of items being close to either going into the ditch or pulling them straight the hell out to make a good dinner! I really can’t wait to learn from all of your expertise in the future ….. YES …. GUSROBIN and TMB (any everyone else)  ….. I’m back to suck your beautiful BBQ brains on this great forum once again
Well I wondered where you went.   Glad your back

Thanks for the warm welcome!  It’s gonna be hot here today (July in the south … go figure)  so I’m going with pork loin boneless ribs and plenty of barley  beverages to keep hydrated by the pool.  Have a great weekend!
