Hi all!  Im in Sharpsburg GA (a little south of Atlanta). I found this forum last night while researching cooking times for St Louis ribs in my new smoker drum. Found some great information already and can't wait to share the results of my first cook in the drum, which is only 55 minutes in as of this moment!

Welcome from NC.  We have a Fall Gathering near Augusta the last week in September.  You should try to join us.  You'll meet some great people that walk, talk and cook BBQ.  You'll even get to eat some, too.

Thanks all. I have a pit barrel cooker. Arrived this week and produced these:

1st one is right out of the barrel. 2nd is with sauce. A bit over cooked but not too bad for my 1st time. The family loved them but I know I can improve. Can't wait to learn more tricks and recipes here.

Looks good.I took some dry ones, added sauce and into freezer.Reheated and came out pretty good.Im learning the PBC too, only thing I know so far is do NOT cook to times, cook to temps.

Great flavor arent they? How did your chicken come out,my first was beyond belief good,PBC is a chicken monster cooker.
