@spuds, not tried chicken yet. Cooking to temp has worked well with other cookers and meat. I have never done ribs before so was not sure if so little meat between bones would yield accurate temp. My cooker ran hot during most of the cook (not sure why) so I will have to experiment. These were overdone in less than 3 hours.
