Retired 78 yr old novice from Florida saying Hi.  More of a viewer than a poster for I know very little about BBQ. >:( Just now learning how to use my Big Easy SRG. Things go slow at my age and change is difficult to say the least but keep on going.
Retired Air Force & Gen Contractor so my days with BBQ are few and far between but learning slowly.  Hoping this site will help some.  Lets smoke them up.  Ski
