Filet tail and roasted tomatoes
« Reply #-1 on: July 23, 2014, 05:09:30 AM »
We are getting tomatoes from two neighbors so I decided to roast a few to have on hand.
I picked up one of those end pieces of filet at Sams for 12.00 so I couldn't resist.
I used gunpowder on it and seared it well. We just had our second dinner with it tonight. It was so good!
I came up with something new for the tomatoes tonight that Kerry liked enough to make me write it down. Will post more on that later....
