Welcome to the forum, toaster.  You will find a great bunch of like-minded characters here.  I just recently bought a bottle of "Australian Hot & Spicey BBQ Sauce"  with a picture of a croc on the label.  I'm curious, is that a big seller there?

kangaroo is a very lean meat
best is not to over cook it or it will be too tough
My BBQ Pit Area  is called the Road Kill Cafe  by my mates
it winter here @ the moment  even though I live in the sub tropics it is still cool @ nights so not much BBQ going on @ the moment
I would love to post some picture if your interested in my gear
and I do not bore you too much
